Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (master’s degree is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Coding skills and understanding of technical ecosystem
  • Customer centric aptitude for identifying pain points and transforming them into digitalization opportunities, with proactive mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Fluency in French is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Team player, experience in working with diverse teams and facilitating communication across various levels of an organisation

Aktivitäten

Development Initiatives:

  • Identify and address team challenges by gathering feedback through spontaneous communication and regular meetings with digital champions.
  • Convert challenges into digital opportunities with expert advice and automation assistance.
  • Share on new digital trends and advice on their integration,
  • Collaborate with the Citizen Developer Analyst to develop local projects.
  • Coordinate for timely resolution of pain points.
  • Participate in the pilot projects for innovation initiatives.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate regularly with local managers to discuss ongoing initiatives.
  • Maintain project visibility by regularly updating project management tool.
  • Be the privilege point of contact for new demands of projects and liaise with Business Partners in Geneva to ensure alignment on current projects.
  • Collaborate with Citizen Developers based in Geneva and locally, to address project challenges.
  • Sync with Digital & Innovation Team to stay connected with broader team goals.
  • Report to local Managing Director with regular updates on digital transformation progress.

Digital Culture:

  • Lead and Engage a Digital Community to foster knowledge sharing and organize presentations with experts.
  • Promote the Geneva Innovation lab and ensure active participation from Singapore.
  • Plan and execute innovative events such as Lunch & Learn or Learning Expeditions to encourage a culture of innovation.
  • Monitor local events in Singapore and participate in those offering potential partnership opportunities.

Kontext & Umgebung

As a member of a dynamic team and company, the jobholder will be required to collaborate with all levels of users (traders, charterers, operators, market analysts, quant analysts, etc.) on various and constantly evolving subjects. Trading activity is by nature fast and changing, in a dynamic and complex environment that requires understanding the activity and reacting very quickly.

Zusätzliche Informationen

The jobholder reports to the Digital Officer, Manager of Digital & Innovation, Delivery Coordination Office, under the local supervision of the Managing Director of the Singapore office.
