Job Description:

Main Responsilibities

• Lead the Engineering/Technical/Operational work streams during M&A Due Diligences and integration process of assets in the portfolio

• Overview of the design of the facilities, safe design of the facilities compliant with the company policies and international standards & regulations

  • Review design ensuring operability, maintainability, and reliability of the facilities

  • Overall coordination and consistency of project activities: coordination of interfaces.

• Overall control of project schedule.

• Overall control of project costs:

  • Preparation of budget

  • Follow-up of commitments, expenses and cost forecast.

• Make sure all mandatory and statutory requirements are fulfilled in the different assessments.

• Management of Consultants.

• Promote HSEQ awareness of workforce and consultants and ensure that HSEQ is given the highest priority.

• Flexibility to travel abroad for site assessments, projects, etc

• Coordinates with Company and other counterparties of the project including government authorities for permitting.

• Ensures accurate reporting of activities.

Education

• A Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, preference with knowledge in power and renewable energies.

• Master´s degree is a plus.

• Oil & Gas knowledge is a plus.

Experience

• 5- 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or in the Power and Renewables industry.

• Project management experience.

Skills

• Good Communicator.

• Able to maintain focus in situations of pressure.

• Methodical.

• DIY attitude.
