Since June 2020 On Labs has been the center of product development, design and innovation at On. Part of the 17-story building in Zurich West is Europe’s first On Flagship Store and the vegan restaurant roots kitchen. True to the On spirit, it is an environment that never stands still – a hub for creativity and technology where ideas move fast.

As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will join On Labs’ Workplace Experience Team. You will drive hospitality topics for our workspace and deliver the WOW to our On team members, guests and partners. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a highly dynamic environment, are at ease in finding solutions to at times unexpected or unplanned situations and enjoy discovering ways of optimisation. You build strong relationships and partner very closely with many teams across the organisation, especially with our Internal Events and Facility Management team.

Your Mission

• You are our On culture ambassador and create a vibrant and unique place to collaborate and you substitute as the “go to” person at the On Welcome

• Empower your coworkers by providing support to teams, including the planning and coordination of team meetings, workshops and catered events

• Take ownership of creating an unparalleled working environment through organising activities, such as sports offerings, speaker sessions and more

• Host visitors and handle external requests and correspondences

• You drive and ensure clear and engaging communication around workplace aspects and maintain health and safety requirements with consistent attention

• Oversee daily office organisation and administration, including orders of supplies, deliveries, inventory management and much more
